Julia graduated from the School of Nursing at The University of Texas at Austin and works in the Dell Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). When Julia is not working or going to school, she enjoys spending time with her service dog-in-training, Phoebe.

She has enjoyed working with children for many years in many capacities, including schools, camps, and church, and was excited to add teaching the UN|HUSHED curriculum to middle schoolers to that list.
