Lorena Olvera, PhD, MEd, is a Mexican sexologist, sexuality educator, and sex and relationship therapist specializing in human sexuality, intimacy, desire, and relationships. She works with individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures through an inclusive, evidence-informed approach.

Her training includes doctoral studies in Human Sexuality, the Gottman Method for couples therapy, and advanced work in relational intimacy and sexual concerns.
